    where can i get MY Hive account number ?

    I got my M17 3 months ago. right now i try to use Alienware MY Hive.
    the registstion required the Account Number for Verification ? what is that :confused: ? i never known i have the number with me ?? Does anyone can help ?

    You can check you invoice or the little ID card you got with them. If you have your order number you can call the customer support and verify that and your other details, they could probably give you your account number, but check your invoice or ID card.

    Is it the Invoice number ??
    i have been try the Customer ID number. it seems doesnt work.
    THe little ID card i have shown: Agent Account_ (number)
    and Agent Order_ (number)
    Which one is it ??

    The number after Agent Account is your account number.
    The number after Agent Order is your laptop number.

    So your Agent Account number :)

    The "account" number is on the white card that came in your binder. As mentioned, it is also listed on your invoice.

    If for some strange reason you no longer have these things, just give support a call with all of your regular information.

    Hello Matrix_III, if you have not registered with My Hive, you do need to register using your account number; the Alienware Customer ID or account number can be found in the Alien ID card received with the system or on your invoice listed as the Customer ID.

    I can also verify your account number if you PM me the name/email address used to order your new system. I will also check to see if you already have a username/password on file for My Hive.

    Make sure you try to sign up from the right site.

    alienware.com if you're in the US
    alienware.co.uk if you're in the UK

    Each Master CD of drivers redirects every single customer to the US site, even when they're from EMEA. You can't sign up to a US My Hive account if you're an EMEA customer, and vice-versa.

    I did try the Agent Account number. but the i got "Invalid account number."msg shows up :(

    :p lol Sorry . i did try to sign up from US site( i live in UK ) .
    after i tried on alienware.co.uk, it is done now :D Thanks everyone for helping me!

    Hehe happens to us all, when I first got World of Warcraft, I kept trying to sign into to US site and thought my account was deleted!! But I'm from Europe, so was signing into the wrong site :)
