    when upgrading ur ram in a alienware m15x do u have to use 667mhz ddr2 ram or can u use 800mhz ddr2 ram and is there spercific make of ram that u hav to use

    You can use 667 or 800 ram but you may as well just go with 667mhz ram because the M15x cannot support 800mhz ram. I'm not sure about a specific make of ram though.

    I suppose all brands should be ok : OCZ has a good deal now, 15$/2Gb after rebate.
    Check the HOT Ram Deals.
