The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I just cannot figure it out... even though we pay a little more and enjoy less of a warranty ( as to cover the freight fee on our own), we donnot have the right to access the support forum. Why does AW make the rule?

    It's the same for myhive and already written in another thread (as login is the same):
    support.alienware.com => US customers
    support.alienware.co.uk/fr./de => European customers

    because AW hates our guts and doesn't want to hear from us.

    ...

    actually, it's probably just a language barrier thing.
