    Hey mate,

I will try to explain detailed how i do it, everytime, and it works.

1.) Uninstall all ATI / Catalyst in Control Panel Software
2.) Right click Computer on Desktop -> Properties -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click the first and chose uninstall (also tick delete device driver) & do the same with the second one.
3.) Boot up in safe mode
4.) Use driversweeper to detect and clean all ATI drivers
5.) Boot up normal windows and let windows finish installing the cards on its own. Reboot if it asks you to.
6.) Download the latest 9.12 drivers from the ati website and mobility mod them
7.) Install the drivers as usual.

If you need any more help just ask!

    If that doesnt work.

Reinstall 9.7 (use modified) then try modified 9.12 again?

this looks like win7 installing the driver when you clean and whipe win7 driver look in window7 update and hide the ati driver update so it won't be installed then install the 9.12 moded driver
