I got my mid-12 Macbook Air 13" last September and I just noticed that my right Shift (I barely use right shift) is angled up like this --> /

If you look at the keyboard from the bottom, you can definitely see that right side of the shift key is angled up..

    Is this normal?

If not, could I get the keyboard replaced for free (not refurb with another laptop)?

    Thanks!

if you have an Apple store nearby... go ask. Normally its not hard to fix minor issues with keys, it just depends why its tilted.
