I am leaning twards the macbook pro over the w3j and i have some questions before I make the purchase

1). has anyone seen the glossy mbp screens, how are they compared to the matte screens?

2). The macbook has the two finger click which equals the right click on pc's, does the mbp have this feature or is there a download or somthing to make it work?

3). I plan on playing some games like splinter cell CT, ghost recon AW and other pretty demanding games on the macbook pro. how will the underclocked x1600 handle that, will the games still play good on medium/high settings?

I've heard that the underclocked x1600 gets something like 1000 points less on 3dmark05. So that may translate into 10-20% less power. I'm sure, if you tried hard, you could notice it, but your games should still be very playable. I think the x1600 can even run oblivion on medium-ish settings.

I strongly urge you to visit the nearest Apple Store and see whether or not glossy is the thing you want.

The matte MacBook Pro screen is excellent but it would be easier to compare them side by side.

You can easily install a keyboard update that allows you to use the 2-finger right click but you can always right click while holding down CTRL.

The gaming performance should be sufficient but have in mind this is still a portable machine. The Mobility X1600 will do fine in the games you mentioned.

Apple stores don't have them. I've gone to check out the glossy screen version myself, and they told me that they don't have in-store models of them, since they are for custom online orders only.
