I believe that i posted a similar issue with networking before, but it seems the issue still keeps popping up all the time.
I have a retina 1st gen MBP (2012 right date?) and I was able to fix the WiFi network interference in OS X by disabling the bluetooth option to look for bluetooth mice and keyboards. It works well on that side.
Now on the boot camp side, where I am using Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits, my WiFi signal fluctuates and usually "breaks" in between which is a pain especially if you are downloading something. Now, I have disabled the bluetooth to accept incoming connections and (now) even disabled the driver altogether, but it is finicky in windows. I can live with the bad support for trackpad in windows, but the network is a deal killer.
PS1 Now, I know that people would say Mac is not for windows, but I disagree since Mac officially supports windows and boot camp assistant is there for a purpose. Now, I have re-downloaded the windows drivers from bootcamp yesterday, so would reinstalling windows on that partition help? I remember that windows has its own network drivers, but there was no network connection on the windows side until I installed the bootcamp drivers. Is it because of the proprietary nature of the broadcom wifi / bluetooth module?
PS2 I am in a public setting, so changing wifi channels and bandwidth to 5 Ghz is out of the question. It shouldn't be a problem since the Mac side works much much better on the same network compared to Windows 7.

1: it seems to be a random issue with that rMBP I ha that issue quite a bit with one of mine, but never solved it as I needed to replace that machine because of another issue. however I have heard of a modidied driver that is supposed to work better and when I have time can try to find it.
