I have downloaded FF3 and it's GREAT! except the fact that I can't just type in "facebook" into the address bar and it take me to Facebook. I have to include the ".com". On my PC and FF3, I only have to type in "facebook". I tried using the settings from my PC on my Mac in FF3 but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me?
Another question,
Along with my Macbook, I received an iPod Touch! It's great...except that I can't transfer my songs(non purchased ones) to my Macbook using my iPod Touch. Or maybe I can and don't know how to? Any suggestions?
And the final question,
I have a Blackberry Curve 8330. Is it possible to sync, using bluetooth, everything I could sync if I was using the USB cable? I have PocketMac, but I can only transfer a single file(pic, song, video) at a time using bluetooth. I have not figured out how to sync my calendar, contacts, etc using bluetooth. Any help here?
Thanks so much! :]

For the first question in the meantime you can try holding ctrl while hitting enter, it will fill in the "www.-.com" for you. (At least it does for me)
-
Are you on a mac or PC? I can't find an "enter" button on my Mac, only a return button. I tried that using the return button and it didn't work.
-
mattireland It used to be the iLand..
I personnally haven't been able to find a way to do this on my Mac. I'm not saying that there's not a way to do it, so I'll look into it some more and get back to you. -
Thank you so much! It's driving me crazy! haha.

Don't know the first question sorry.
For the second one- try podview. If that doesn't work, just let me know I know I've found plenty of programs that do that.
third- Try The Missing Sync, or if you don't want to pay find some blackberry forums and see if they have any ideas. (I gave up syncing with my Q cus I don't like paying for software). -
My macbook has a return/enter key and an enter key
-
Thanks for the link, I'll try it out and get back to you.
I've talked to people about Missing Sync and they said it's not possible to do what I want to do with the program. :/ -
Whoops! I guess you're right. I never noticed that the return key also says enter, although I don't see an enter key all by itself.

So, podview SEEMS like it would work, but for some reason my Mac does not show the iPod under Devices in Finder, yet it does show up in iTunes. ah!

its in the bottom right nexy to the command button.
Is this an iPod that has stuff on it? If there's nothing on it try re-formatting it. -
If you make a bookmark for facebook, then go into that bookmarks properties, you can set a keyword for it.
That way, whenever you type in that keyword, then press enter, it will go to that bookmark. So you could make the keyword facebook, fb, face, whatever you want, and itll go to facebook when you put it in.
Kinda strange though, that it doesn't go there on its own. -
Yes, I have a PC. I downloaded all the songs from my PC and now want to transfer them to my Macbook.
-
...is this how you do it? Do you mean it's strange that it's not working for just me...or at all? -
Thats just a work around that would have the same effect. Sometimes websites are stupid, and they will or wont load when you put in the website.
And I just re-read earlier, if the ipod doesn't have 'enable disk use' option checked, you wont see it in finder. Just cause you don't need to see it there. But turn on that option, and you should be able to access the ipod in finder.
Although if you have songs on there, that you put on there using the PC, youre gonna have to get a program that will rip them from your ipod, then restore it as an OSX ipod. -
I can't turn the option on because APPARENTLY the iPod Touch does not have the 'enable disk use' option.
I have been recommended a couple of programs like that, but I can't use any because the iPod Touch doesn't have the 'enable disk use' feature. :/ -
Try going on the PC which the ipod originally synced with, and see if you can enable it on that computer. Should be able to do it there.

Ok I've got more ideas.
1- Transferring without using the iPod. Do you have an external hard drive around you can use? How about a flash drive? If you have a flash drive you can just put however many files at a time it will allow (depending on its size) and transfer that way.
2- Transfer them over the network. Warning- this would be slow and I recommend only doing it through a wired connection.
3- Does the other computer still have all the songs on it? If it does, you can re-format the iPod from that computer, and set it so you manually manage songs and enable it for disk use. Then put all the songs back on it.
Or, as sulkorp said, first look if you can enable disk use on the windows computer.
