    Any 3rd party miniport adapters out there that don't cost a premium that apple is charging?

    Do you mean mini-displayport adapters? None have currently been released yet, although it's most likely just a matter of time. If you are in a hurry, your best bet would be to go with the Apple ones, since any non-Apple mini-displayport adapters are currently probably fakes.

    Yeah you won't find any yet, since Apple is the first to use mini display port. Hopefully some name brand company's start making some.
