    1 post, 2 questions!

    1) Regarding Quicksilver, I have my hotkeys set to Ctrl+Space. Now do I need to click on the Quicksilver icon in my Dock first before that combo will work?

Or once I boot up, with nothing else open, can I hit Ctrl+Space to boot up Quicksilver?

    2) Regarding my Airport card, perfect connection to the wifi network thus far. My only concern, the card appears to be constantly scanning. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong?

    Again, thanks for the help.

This machine is truly amazing. So glad I opted for this :D

    1. No. You do need to have Quicksilver running on your Mac, but you can run it hidden (no dock icon), or have it only visible in the menu bar.
When you boot up, you cannot launch Quicksilver that way. I recommend you include Quicksilver in your Startup Items (System Prefs>Accounts), so that it is guaranteed to be ready for use.

    2. This is normal.
