    Hey-

A few ?? for a new Mac user. I have a NBP and I think I got some bad advise from the online chat sales rep from applestore.com.

Anyway that is in the past. My questions for the macBookPro wizards are; 1. Any recommendations for an all-in-one printer/scanner/fax/copy that works well with this notebook. I have an hP Photosmart C7250 right here and it is not going to work. is not the best thing to use with the extreme base station or even a mac from trying to get it up and doing its thing with the AppleCare wifi pro.
    2. I was told to get the
Extreme base Station but either the guy did not read what I was looking for or he wanted me to suffer. The Extreme is cool but not for a small business with only ME. Also he told me that I could get ITunes to pay out of the Extreme base Station but the AppleCare pro said NO.
    3. And last, any recommendations on a good small travel optical/Bluetooth mouse. I got a Microsoft one that was suppose to be very good and Mac compatible but it was USB and too many issues. I would like a Bluetooth one since the bluetooth is not being used and it would seem to be great for something like this.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi Kooler,

    1) I don't have any good printers to recommend, sorry about that. I'll let the other members fire some recommendations your way.

    2) I don't think you'll need the Airport Extreme router. Any decent router will work fine, you don't need to get Apple's router specifically, as it is rather high priced.

    3) If you don't mind a USB mouse, I highly recommend the Logitech VX Revolution. If you must have Bluetooth, how about the V270?

unfortunately, I have already received the Extreme. to send it back, pay a restocking fee and get a basic router (which I guess I should have purchased the express) would cost me to much and most likely make the cost of the extreme equal or close to it.

I have learned in my short time as a mac user that for some thins, and maybe most things, getting the mac version is the best. it saves one a lot of headaches and problems.

I did say that I would like a recommendation on a travel mouse that is optical and can use the Bluetooth. is the one you recommended something you have used?

    Thanks for your help.
