I hate that when I switch back and forth from Vista to OS X using bootcamp I need to reset my clock. If I just use one OS all the time it works fine...but I don't and its just a bit annoying.

Any fixes, workarounds, or any advice?

    Thanks!

At this time there is no fix that I'm aware of.

The issue has been around for a while and is known by Apple. As long as your clock is set to sync itself, it will generally fix itself within 10 minutes.
