So I set up two partitions and reinstalled Snow Leopard on one and installed Lion on the other. Everything runs fine expect one problem.

On Snow Leopard I reinstalled some purchased apps from the app store with no problems. The problem is on Lion when I click on purchased, those same apps that I installed on Snow Leopard says it's already installed when I'm on Lion, and I have no way of reinstalling them.

Any solution to this? Is the app store checking both partitions?

It might be checking both... I noticed Launchpad showing up new apps I had on an external drive one time from a different mac... Can you eject the Snow Leopard partition so only the Lion one is visible when you go to the store?
