Okay, so im new to Mac. In fact, I havent even yet bought mine, but Im doing an awesome amount of research on what makes Apple Apple and - God, youve got to respect this company. There is so much history behing that logo and its products. Ive watched every WWDC keynote video since jobs returned to the company. Its unbelievable. Its like watching history being made in front of my eyes. I cant believe what ive been missing. Now I understand why theres so much passion behind this company. Im a new convert, and Ill be evangelizing anyone I can.

Just wanted to put this out - dont really have friends who are into mac so that I could share my excitement. Oh, and by the way, Ive learned so much from steves speech skills. Thats how every presentation should be done. And he manages to do it in such a humble way

Going to agree with the new fan > sarcastic comment vote. The sarcastic comment is unwarranted, and un-needed

If you were truly kidding, it would have come across in the original message. Nothing like a little backpedaling to start the day off right! :)

Oh come on, it's funny how people naturally gravitate towards the word "convert" when they talk about buying a macintosh.

I was kidding. I was just poking fun that the terms he used, like "convert", and "evangelizing". No need to be rude, I edited my post since you got offended.

I wasn't offended at all......but your original message did come across as sarcastic. Then to see you edit it after a couple people pointed it out seemed to emphasize the point.

    Apologies for the misunderstanding. :)

    Let's get back on topic.

I have always enjoyed Apple's keynote speeches. The fact that Steve Jobs gives great presentations is also quite educational for all of us despite being a mac user or otherwise. You don't have to believe in the products that he's selling, but like the OP mentioned, his speech/presentation skills are admirable.
