do apple macbook products get sold out quick after they release them? any reports on the prev. macbooks.? when macbooks gets announced do they get release after convention or we have to wait like few more months?

It used to be like that but now Apple just gives a shipping date later if they are unable to deliver right away.
-
They typically announce products right before they will be available to order, then they are in consumer hands within a few weeks. They don't sell out because they can always make more. If you don't buy a new product right away, you may have a longer wait before you receive it, but that is typical with most notebook retailers that release popular models.

so if ever they show a new macbook at macworld can i buy one like when they announce it?
-
It's hard to answer that question, though typically yes but Macworld is the show where Apple intros their new products but the release dates could still be a bit later, for example the iPhone was announced last year at Macworld but wasn't ready until June.
Still a rumor and Apple is notorious for totally surprising us so there's still no guarantee there will be a notebook announced. -
Usually products are available at launch, but if not an estimate will be given. The iPhone was announced and not released until June because of the FCC approval process, which would've announced the iPhone and Apple didn't want that. Things such as the iPod Touch were announced early and shipping a few weeks later, so that's where products are announced and not yet available.
