    Apple Online Store ERROR.

    Hey Guys,

    I tried to purchase something at the Apple Online Store for Education but at the end i got an ERROR.
    Now when I log in to my account at store.apple.com i get no orders while in my bank account there's a pending deduction for apple.

    Why is this happening? Please HELP!!

    When did you purchase it? Sometimes it takes a bit to process it. Your best bet is to call their billing department, they can help you.

    but i called apple and they say we just cant do anything about it!!!
    that SUCKS!!!
    my founds are locked till friday!!!

    uh oh.

    recently my debit card (today) had an unauthorized transaction and my checking account is a negative balance.

    Apparently someone has used my debit card to purchase something from www.bigfishgames.com and I never gave out any of my information or anything.

    I called today to get a refund and they are doing it and after the refund comes and clears my negative account for that debit card, I'm going to cancel it and get a new card.

    bigfishgames? Did you have only $6.99 in your checking account? How did you end up in negative balance? Unless someone bought thousands of copies of "Mahjong Towers Eternity?" :p :D

    LOL, sorry, was a funny thought. Hope you get that figured out quickly. I had some douchebag use my card for a $1 charge for some echinacea vitamin pill thingamy. Really annoying. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.
