Apple Store Down for Updates...

Just checked a few minutes ago and they are down for updates. Maybe the long awaited Macbook Pro update????
Probably not.....

 

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG The Apple store is down! Again! Maybe unlike the last 20 times it was down they will update the MBP so people will shut up already!

Seriously, I want them to update them so I can stop seeing threads asking when they will update them.

I think it's probably updated Mac Pros. They have been rumoured for a while now. Would be nice if they also updated MBPs, of course.

iPad pre-order starts at 830AM EST today! I can't wait. Woke up early today (I usually wake up around 10am EST) & have my coffee ready to go. 32mins and counting.

 

While I would love it to be MBP stuff, since the iPad pre-ordering starts today I'm guessing its down for that reason and thus am not getting my hopes up.

Its Friday and I really don't want my weekend to start on a sour note because I didnt' get my MBP update. ;-)

 

AWW... Damm still no update on MBP. ComeOn Apple. It great to have an Ipad but dont forget MBP customer looking for new refresh not a old spec on it. C2D and 9600GT??? Come one Apple marketers...

 

Sigh, and wait the continues... Let's hope for something solid for the MBPs on Tuesday when they update the Mac Pros

there is no speculation as to what is in the iPad... those details are very clear at this point.

maybe you just skimmed the thread? i don't really get it.

the iPad is (specs wise) a large ipod touch (latest version) with a slightly faster cpu, with the option for a 3g chip.

the cpu/gpu is the Apple A4. This is basically the Arm A8 and PowerVR SGX shoved into a single chip. This is the same type of cpu/gpu found in the iphone 3g s and the latest version of the ipod touch (3).

They do have bluetooth. They do not have a keyboard. They do have a digital compass. The end.

 

the update was to change the top menu if you haven't notice. + ipad ordering pages.

 

YELLOWTOOTH IS BLUETOOTH BUT BETTER. ITS THE NEWEST THING AND I HOPE IT MAKES IT IN THE NEXT REFRESH YIKES!
