    How long does apple.com shipping take on average? It sayas 5-12 business days for the white macbook, does anybody know if that's accurate? Thanks in advance.

    If you're referring to the free shipping, I have not yet had them ship me a MacBook (will soon though - my wife is running out of patience with her current iBook), but when I ordered iPods for myself and my wife a few weeks ago mine shipped from Ingram Micro (one of Apple's distributors) in California and hers shipped direct from China. Hers arrived in 5 days and mine arrived in 6 days. Go figure.

    iPods ship in 24 hours where the MacBook says it ships in 5-7 days so I was wondering if it will take two weeks to get to me or one? Anyone who has purchased a MacBook and who knows please respond.

    Well my Macbook I ordered on Thursday and got it on Monday. I paid the extra 18 bucks for faster shipping. It was worth it. I bet if I hadn't did it, it'd be another 2-3 days.

    I ordered a MBP from Best Buy on 7/8 and received it on 7/13 after being told it would take 2 weeks. I got email from BB when it shipped, and was able to track it with UPS.

    Sorry, I guess that doesn't help you with Apple.com processing times, though...
