It's a question of knowing what you're doing in both cases.

I've been a Windows user and honestly I haven't had any issues for a long time and those I did have were really minor(a cable or jack not properly plugged in, overclocking issues etc.) so I don't see it as less productive then when I use OSX.

You know I can't help but to ask why is everyone here comparing OS's as if they were the machine in front of you?

When someone says Mac do you think Leopard? When someone says PC you think Windows? Did anyone here ever ask is it the machine we have problems with or the OS?

If its the machine its a hardware issue, if its the OS then its a software issue, please distinguish between the two because EITHER one can run whatever OS you put on it.

As far as Mac Machine or a PC machine (desktops) you can do whatever upgrade you want. As far as Laptops we are all restricted as to what upgrades we can do so what is the issue?

Heh, Open up the terminal then say it's "dumbed down". If you really want to dig into OS X you can. But chances are you won't need to.

Some people love to work with their computers. Others prefer to use their computers to work for them.
