Hi All,
Anyone know what the new MBP 13" is running for BIOS/EFI? I want to try Windows 7 on a dedicated disk, with no OSX, bootcamp, BIOS emulation, VM, just straight Windows 7 boot. Does it work? Any resources?
Thanks,
Josh

I would like to know as well?

Win 7 supports EFI AFAIK.

is that what the new MBP 13" uses?

I am sorry,but I don't understand your question...

Does the MBP 13" use EFI AFAIK?

LOL,AFAIK=As Far As I Know...

EFI is totally backward compatible with BIOS calls, so yes, you can run only windows, or only linux if you like. Just be sure to create an MSDOS partition table, and not a GUID partition table.

hahaha, I've spent a lot of time on various forms, but that's the first I've seen that!
