Hey you guys. I think my ISP is kinda shady, and I want to track my bandwidth myself, to see what happens after I download like 2,3,5, 10 gigs.

Is there a program like that, that I could install on OS X?

Maybe even having the option to reset it? :D

    Cheers!

iStat provides information on total upload/download, but I think it resets the counter upon reboot.

iStat pro will do it for you. If you sleep your mac instead of shutting/restarting it you can track your usage over a long period of time before a software update requires a reboot.
