I took my battery and put it back in and now, I never realized but it doesnt lay exactly flush with the rest of the bottom of the computer. It is sticking up like a few millimeters. Enough for me to notice it when i put my hand over it. Is this normal? or should i take out the battery and try putting it in better? thanks.

If it's not fitting flush, then you didn't put it in properly.

I took out the battery and put it back in and pressed on it while sticking it back in.. It still sticks up a little though.

Never had this problem... and I took it out multiple times.
If it was perfectly flush beofre then, like Khris said, you're probably just not putting it back properly.

    Take a picture maybe?

NOTE: The first and fourth pics show it best. Its only one side of the battery that is sticking up.

Hm. Mine goes in a little bit. You can take it out if you want, push it in as your locking it. But if it's still like that youl be fine.

Is that an aluminium MacBook?! But yeah, my battery is like that too. Towards the left away from the lock it is a little bit low. And the side near the lock is a little higher.....
