    I have an early 2011 15inch MacBook Pro with 6750m with Windows 7 64 bit running on boot camp. Which is the best driver for it? How to install it? Can I overclock my card? How?

    It looks like the latest version (13.4) is compatible with the 6000m series. Download it, run it, follow the instructions.

    Don't overclock your components.
