I have a early 2011 15" MBP ,when in windows I get blue screens, only thing I find constant is excessive heat the fans ramp up and poof there she goes, I have not had any problems in OSX when using the 6750 full time. Any ideas?
I also have a 17" and do not experience any heat problems, could the 17 have better cooling ?

What are you doing when you get the blue screen? If possible, I would keep an eye on the temperatures of the CPU and GPU to see if you're exceeding the thermal limits set by Intel and AMD.

Not really doing anything much it can happen when playing games or surfing the internet. Does not happen just sitting there.
So would seem to be a heat issue, as it is hot to the touch and fans ramped up blowing hot air. Any ideas of something to try or should I just take it to apple -

It might be a heat issue, but random blue screens could be the result of bad RAM as well. Some part of your RAM is perhaps not being used by OS X but it is by Windows. Best bet is to download and install this testing program in OS X. Set it to do 10 runs and go from there. If it comes back clean, then you could very well have an overheating problem. Not sure how helpful Apple would be, though, considering you said there's no issue in OS X.
