Hi, it seemed that when I installed bootcamp windows xp, the performance seems to decrease in leopard. I set the partition at around 60 gig for xp, 60 for leopard (i have 120 total).

When I got rid of the windows partition, the performance seems to be back to normal again.

    Is this the case ?

are you saying that when you run Leopard with the machine split in two, Leopard runs slower?

I haven't experienced that slow down... or at least i think i haven't experienced it.

I have not seen any differences when installing XP or Vista. I'm running a MBP with Leopard.

The only lost performance I have found is in boot times. For some reason, having boot camp enabled almost doubles my boot time.
