    Hello everyone, do you think its possible to trade my macbook I baught this August for a core 2 duo macbook?

    Is there a significant difference between the two macbooks?

    Without any costs, I doubt it, since it'll be Apple taking a loss.

    As for significant difference, it depends what you are doing, but for real time basic use, it won't be noticeable.

    what cori said. i suppose if you want to stay updated, you could sell your core duo macbook and invest a bit into a core 2 duo macbook. Apple will NOT make any such exchanges.

    Wish I could trade in my MB CD unit for the C2D one

    That would be nuts, but good on the PR. like say, if its within 30-day purchase of the release of the update.

    You could always post in our Buy/Sell/Trade forum Please be sure to read the rules first though if you decide to. Beyond that ebay usually works well.
