    Can't login to dotmac account!?

    I have been having problems with www.mac.com ever since it changed it's "look". It has been three days now without being able to check my email! I have a bunch of stuff that I need from over there. Two e-tickets and some work material! I don't have a mac so I don't have access to the "mail" application. In fact, I don't have a laptop at all at the moment, so no outlook either. I have been using my work's PC and my friends' laptop s.

    Help, please!

    ok first, why are you asking this question on this forum?

    second, why do you have a .mac account with no Mac? or no computer at all, a little confused.

    3rd, just contact apple, they will be able to help you way beyond what someone on this site will be able too.

    First, this is the Apple section, what's wrong with my question? I just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem.

    Second, I used to have a MacBook which I sold and am now waiting for my thinkpad to be shipped from the USA.

    Third, I think the problem was with the link (members login). I used this address and it works, YIPPEE !!
