If its a true liquidation, I'm hoping 40%-50% off HDTVs, monitors, computers and such!

Either way I'll have to stop by in the morning, a new circuit city opened up in my area just a year ago and the parking lot is ALWAY empty next to the always full parking lot of Best buy.

I have a feeling early birds will get the best deals or almost steals.

If only they sold Apple - wow, what deals one might find :)

I should see if I could go to a circuit city tomorrow - sounds like some nice deals will be out there..

Now, since they're website is down, what do they usually sell? is it a kind of Best Buy store? I've never been to a circuit city, unfortunately..
    Do they sell Nikon ?

Lucky. The one near me got "looted" by shoppers and closed down almost a month ago. The liquidators raise prices before applying these discounts though... Was looking at a few Logitech DiNovo Edge keyboards for something like 70% off but a) they were marked as $279.99 original price (sold for something like $199 at the original CC, and elsewhere online) and b) all the boxes were open and I didn't trust that.

I was told starting today there would be 10-20% off the original prices. Next week should start 30-40% off.

I went today, but they didn't have that many good deals out, and the only good deals were on car electronics like stereos and sub-woofers for your car. Those were around 30% off, and movies and CD's were 20% off, and everything else was only 10% off. Not too big sales, but I expect them to raise the discount in the coming weeks. I bought a laptop sleeve and "Remember the Titans". :p. Not too big of a purchase, but that was all I need right now. :D

The prices are set by liquidators, not CC, thus the pricing still sucks.

I pass on liquidation as you cannot take it back if the item is defective. Sometimes the savings are not worth the hassle.

There aren't really that good savings at all. Liquidators raise the price, then advertise 10% off etc, and people actually think they are getting a good deal.

I would not even go for anything compared with the price of black friday in bestbuy.

Yeah, BestBuy had some killer deals on Black Friday. I was at Wal-Mart and BestBuy on Black friday, and I saw atleast 125 Flat-screen TV's being bought, because of so many good deals.
