Has anyone used their services before?
I am seriously considering sending my macbook pro for a paintjob.. it looks awesome

does anyone know if this might affect heat dissipation?
what kind of pain to they use? does it get scratched off easily?

it's simply horrible with the old casing but i guess it should be beautiful with the new ones. but the beauty of the aluminium body will sit under a coating of paint...
-
what would that do to the warranty?
-
I've never liked the look of colorware-ized products, but they seem to be good at what they do. They certainly charge a premium though.
-
It actually looks nice but the keyboard and trackpad look out of place.
-
i dont think the keyboard looks out of place, only the trackpad..
looks sick! -
No thanks. It completely ruins the look of the Aluminum MacBook.
-
Why can't they paint the glass trackpad? That would be sick.
-
That would be awesome if they could paint the trackpad also. Kinda looks like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the notebook.
-
colorware provides their own warranty, although i don't know exactly how it works, but i remember reading it on their website. they're good at what they do though.
-
the contrast between the trackpad and the rest of the laptop is aweful...
-
I would do it if they'd do the trackpad as well.
Colorware PC
