    Hi All,

Haven't posted here since last year. Hope everyone's doing well. Anywho...

I have a DVI to HDMI cable to hook up my MBP to my Samsung 26" HDTV. Under OSX, the output works fine, with the exception of the top and bottom of the screen being cut off a bit no mater what resolution I choose in the display preferences.

But under Vista, my HDTV just has a blank screen and it says that the signal can't be found. Since it works under OSX, then I know it's just something I'm missing in Vista. Has anyone gotten their dual booted MBP to work under Vista and on an HDTV?

I have Vista installed just for when I want to be able to game, but would I be better off using XP Pro? Is the HD connection easier with that?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like it might be a driver thing, check that you have the latest Boot Camp graphics drivers.

Oh, and which MBP is this? Very different graphics cards in different MBPs.

Ok.. so I got it to work, but only on DualView mode.. and only 640x480 res and 60hz refresh rate only. Is there anyway to get it to reflect my laptop screen (1440x900) or at least have it set to a higher res? My HDTV supports up to 1080i. My games won't work on DualView mode for some reason, so I've been trying to set it on Clone or at least have my HDTV as the primary monitor.. but Clone and Primary won't work.. just DualView. Any ideas?
