What was the longest time you were able to get from a single charge using Coolbook (or any other sort of Undervolting)?

I am going to get one soon and was just curious. Although anything is better then my current Asus G50VT-X1's mere 2 hours and 15 minutes.

if Coolbook trial ever did anything for me I'd buy it... Is there any other undervolting or similar apps out there? I haven't seen any.

I haven't tried Coolbook in awhile, but back when I did, the trial didn't really do anything, so I couldn't tell what was going to happen. It claimed to, but it just lied and reported temps 10º cooler than other apps did... at the same exact time. I'm guessing it was a trial showing you what could happen? it didn't claim that though so I always saw it as a scam, but many people use it and are happy. I want to see actual benefits before paying money for something.

As far as I know, you need to purchase the product so you can really undervolt your macbook, and have it run cooler. :\

UWing doesn't really prolong battery life (about 15/25 minutes), it just reduces your maximum CPU temperature by up to 10C. For me, I reduced my CPU temp by about 6 or 7 degrees. It's not much, but when you're stressing the MBP, it really helps.

My bad, I meant UVing (undervolting). It was a typo.
