This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     my 15 mbp is the same way. im very careful with it but it cracked in about the same place as yours but it never got any worse. this BTW happened to my 13 as well. i guess its the heat that weakens the plastic used then it just cracks...
