    A few questions about cyberduck:

    1. Is there a way to set the retry delay longer than 30 seconds?

    2. Is there a way to set a delay for retries for failed logins (i.e. not disconnects)?

    3. Cyberduck will only allow me to use the Transfer window when I set each download to a separate connection. Many ftp servers allow only 1 connection per, and having Cyberduck hit the server over and over again results in a rather annoying ban. If I set Cyberduck to dl using the same open connection, the download won't show up in the Transfer window (i.e., it'll run, but I get no progress bar).

    Hrm... not sure.

But I too have a question... anyone have any luck with the Cyberduck dashboard widget?
It does nothing at all for me. It just sits there, says configure me. And when I flip it over and select an ftp server from the drop down, nothing happens. If I manually fill out the info, nothing happens either.

Go to CyberDuck > Preferences > Connection tab
This should answer questions 1 and 2.

Please read the entire question (the 2nd part specifically - the 30 seconds and failed login part).

    1. Yes you can set a retry delay in Connections, but it caps at 30 seconds. I want to make it longer.

    2. Yes, there's an option for "failed networking tasks" retry, but it does not apply to failed password logins.

Well I can't help with CyberDuck, but if you can't figure it out, I would suggest looking at using Finder. You can make some Automator actions, or Apple Scripts to do a lot of different things. If Finder doesn't do what you need, Transmit is a great ftp tool.
