Do macbook pros from France have a different keyboard?

my friend is going to buy a uni body macbook pro for me from France , will it have a diffrent keyboard??

 

If purchased from the Apple online store (fr), under customization your friend can choose either a French, English international or a US keyboard. I've no idea what delivery times might be for customizing compared with ordering stock configurations. My French is very poor but I think that's what the following says (I guess I could try translating it with google but I am feeling lazy):

French use an AZERTY keyboard. The Picture is for the older macbook pro but you get the idea.

 

I had a friend order a english keyboard here in France, it took a few weeks to arrive, and they shipped a french one in the end, so he had to send it back, and wait several more weeks. While this is only one case, it might be something to consider. Also you are highly unlikely to find an english keyboard at any bricks n mortar stores.
I ended up going with the french layout, as I could found a mb about €200 cheaper on ebay.
After about a week I got used to the different layout.

i will not get used to the French keyboard even after 10 years lol , i am using the default international keyboard since i was 5 years old .. , i am really disappointed as my friend have a great offer for a mac book in france , but it will be useless if i bought it and changed the keyboard for 200$ ,

 

Most likely the french letters will be on it..along with english..
in Bulgaria.. its a querty keyboard with the bulgarian letters along with the english ones..

 

i don't mind the French letters but i mind the misplacement of keys

 

Oh I think you will mind the french letters.. I thought it wouldn't bother me that much either but I tried it and did not like it at all.. Thats why next time I buy another mac I'm going to have to buy it from the states.. For me its actually cheaper to buy it from there anyway.. In Bulgaria they are priced much higher, even though they are supposed to be priced as much as they are with the dollar..

 

You could load a different keyboard locale? The printed symbols on the key tops wouldn't always match the characters that OS X would display on the screen.

PS I would want either a US or English keyboard, although I'm okay at touch typing letters, I do forget the location of some of the symbols.
