    Thats all, is the 2.0 Ghz and Nvidia 9400m on the Aluminum macbook capable to play 1080p movies without any issue?

    yah they played fine scaled on my screen and also at full scale on an external monitor.

    yes you can play them fine, it is supported by the GPU and the Penryn CPU.

    Also, the CPU should be at least a 2.4 ghz P8600.

    The OP asked if the 2.0ghz model will work. In your first sentence you say "yes you can play them fine", but then in your second you say "the CPU should be at least 2.4ghz" which contradicts your first statement. :confused:

    Speaking as someone with a 2.4ghz Unibody MacBook, I've had no problems playing 1080p content. The 2.0ghz should be fine as well.
