I ordered a 17" Macbook Pro, Keyboard, Logic Studio Skin and Logic Studio 2 days ago, sadly my limit on my debit card wasn't enough to cover the order even though I had the money in my account. So I called Apple and the agent I spoke to cleared everything up, I would just have to wait 1 day for the money to front load onto my Mastercard.
So he told me to call this morning and he would sort everything out, I called and got no answer, he then called me back. He made the process so damn easy to order, I didn't even have to repeat the order, he pulled the previous order from the database. Got me 2 student discounts, the one advertised on the site and then a further 50 euro because of my institute. Sent me his email so I could send my scan of my student ID.
I told him I will want to extend the Apple care at Christmas and he said "No problem, just give me a call and I'll sort everything out."
All in all, I think I'm going to be very happy moving order to Apple![]()
