    Hi
I have a Macbook 17" Unibody 2010 model with ExpressCard 34 slot. I have Bootcamp setup. Is there a good USB 3.0 card that will let me take Time Machine Backups + Windows backups on a USB 3.0 external drive and let me restore from the boot recovery screen.

If not USB 3.0 then E-Sata is fine too. But I am leaning toward USB.

Also does ExpressCard 34 on the MacBook 2010 model use PCI-E or USB internally? If it is using USB 2.0 internally then there is no point in this. The whole reason I am going toward the ExpressCard is for a speed upgrade over USB 2.0 ports.
