This was just a one-off, so I'm not panicking, but my MBP 13 (10.6.4) wouldn't respond to keyboard or trackpad when I went to it yesterday - I left it running utorrent, which it has run hundreds of times without a problem, came back to it an hour later and the screen had turned off (as it should). But it wouldn't respond, even a brief power button press wouldn't wake it, so had to do a hard restart.
Here's the console log for that period -

Anyone got any ideas what it could have been? It hasn't reoccurred since then.

The exact same thing happened to me about a week ago (uTorrent as well), but I haven't spent time looking into the problem as it was a one-off event. However, if it happens again I'll take a look, though I'm not familiar with OS X's administration/management tools yet.
Frozen, unresponsive MBP (only once)
