My Alu iMac's (specs in sig) Airport Card continually runs at 63C. Am I cooking it to death?

This is after just a couple hours of browsing, Adium, and iTunes.

I have smcFanControl installed, but I keep that off since I read that using that would decrease the overall life of your system by running down the fans' life faster.

Is my temperature OK? If not, what speeds should I set my fans to?
