    G4 ibooks and pbooks 2nd monitor capable?

    I am pretty sure the Powerbook has the capability to hook up a second moniter, does the ibook 12" also have this option? If i get a 12" i may want to hook it up to a tv set to watch dvds on a bigger screen...

    yes, as long as you get the newest models released you will get these features with the 12" iBook

    just FYI, but powerbooks can do screen spanning, while ibooks can only mirror the image on the screen. This doesn't matter for just viewing videos, but it's still worth noting. There is a hack to get the new ibooks to span, but I'm still iffy about how well it works. Spanning would be awesome though... one of the last things holding me back from buying
