Guys, will you please post some screenshots with FPS shown of the following games:

    - Oblivion
    - C&C3
    - Stalker
    - NFS Carbon
    - <your game here - continue the list>

Along with your MBP setup, resolution and details please.

I'm looking more towards the 2.4Ghz, 256mb 8600M GT version.

    Thanks :)

Edit: I'm really quite sick of 3dmark, it has let me down a couple of times, so my faith in it is really low, that's why I'm asking you guys to post these screenshots.

If you won't be bothered to do screenshots, then just please write down the FPS at what resolution and details

Read my nc8430 review...the 8600M GT should be about 50% faster than my X1600.

Well, okay, I will, but I'm really curious about running these games on Vista on the MBP itself, that's why I asked...

Hey, here is a link I found in another thread. It is a direct comparison between the two laptops with in game FPS.

    http://www.barefeats.com/rosa03.html

There is hardly a difference of 3-5 FPS in each game, which is very marginal. I'm definitely going with the lower end version...

Quadron: Those benchmarks are on OSX games, I'm looking for Windows Vista on MBP fps'

Vindex: Yeah, well, I wanna buy a MBP in like 2 weeks, but I'd really like to know how it handles my windows games...

    So guys please, a screenshot?
