    I picked up a new mini this week. it will arrive next week....

    I want to be able to use logic studio so that was the cheapest and easiest route to go!

    yeah...I just want to get up and running with garageband and logic studio,

    I think it will work just fine....also looking at a 17 MBP thats has been refurbished from a reputible dealer.
