Hello! I guess I'll keep this nice and short - and yes, I did try searching for the subject but nothing really addressed this concern specifically.
I still plan to use Vista on a new MBP (2.4 GHz/9600 GT) because I still have a bundle of software and games for it. If I use VMWare Fusion to run, say... PhotoShop CS3 or DreamWeaver CS3 (or both at the same time)... how will the performance be?
Will it still be quite usable? I am not doing anything TOO intensive... but I would like to run these applications simultaneously.
Also... will I be able to save those files onto the Mac partition or will I have to save it on my Vista partition? Thanks in advance!

Do not use Photoshop or Dreamweaver through VMWare or any emulator. Run them natively in either OSX or Vista.

Agreed ^
new MBP comes with bootcamp. -
Thanks for the quick replies! I think I might as well just get the Mac version of these programs and save BootCamp/Vista for games only.
The hassle of booting into Vista from OSX should deter from wasting time on Guitar Hero III, lol! Thanks guys. -
bootup is fast, the problem is always the touchpad.

Do you mean the ability to right click with the touchpad? I myself am interested in the Mac (first time user) and have read that you can always configure a short cut for the right click option. Like Ctrl+Click for example. Atleast that's what I understand. If not can't a portable mouse just solve this issue?

Yes, a mouse will solve the "issue"!

Thanks!
