There are several threads on this topic already. And several methods to transfer the music, here are a couple of good links:

How to use your iPod to move your music to a new computer. -
ok i still cant figure it out lol

What specifically can't you figure out?
You can always take your iPod and MBP (Or the Windows machine, easier if it's a notebook) to an Apple Store and have a "Mac Genius" show you. They'll do everything for you, free of charge.

use the program music rescue. after every 50 songs you have to hit ok but its supper easy

Another question; I have some what i think are stuck pixels in bottom left corner of my screen. Idk if this dead pixel or not but it looks like its stuck and its not black(am taking a guess thats what a dead pixel looks like). How would i solve this problem? Oh yea, how does ialert work? do u have to download it? Sorry for bombarding u guys q's.

Oh man.. dead pixels suck. There's some people out there that say that you can download a program that flashes colors on the display or that you can just "massage" the pixel back but that stuff never worked for me.
Not sure if Apple will take it back because I think that you'd need to have "multiple" dead pixels but it might be worth a try if it really bothers you. -
Pixel Fix
JScreenFix
I've rarely heard people fixing a stuck pixel, but good luck. You should Contact Apple if you're unable to fix the screen.
iAlertU
... also try Google.

Try running the videos that Xander linked, and another reported solution is to lightly "massage" the screen where the stuck pixel is displaying. Also, sometimes the stuck pixel just becomes unstuck over time.
If there's quite a lot of them, bring it to the Apple Store and express your frustration to the employees. They may replace the screen or replace your Mac.
Got my MBP!! Just have question...
