I'm not sure if this is a OS problem, but...
I have a epson 8400x all in one printer, and I just changed the ink cart. Afterward its giving me an error saying something about my documentation ( Reason why I thought it may be an OS problem)
This is the error that I got
"A printer error has occurred. Turn off the printer, then press On button to turn on. See your documentation."

I'm pretty sure it's just a printer problem, such as the ink carton is not pushed or put into the holster properly, or something along those lines. Make sure the cartridges are in the printer nice and tight, and try again to see what happens.
