Help Me!!! I Dropped My Macbook!!!

So today I was in a rush to go play basketball after school and I caught my foot on a random pile of books in the hallway and dropped my laptop which fell down a flight stairs thereafter! There are dents everywhere and my keyboard is no longer functioning large lines are going down the display and I can't charge it... I hate having to use this stupid Dell to do all my homework it's so slow and it's not as pretty as Tiger. Oh yeah, the little coin slot somehow got jammed from a massive dent in the bottom of my computer so I can't take the battery out! Can someone help me fix my problem!? All this just because i"m clumsy...

Look, just try and make it look as normal as possible and return it to the store for a new one. Maybe take out the HD so you can keep your files. <justkidding>

You know, as soon as I saw this topic come up, I knew instinctively that it was an April Fools. It just didn't strike me as genuine.

 

No one would have to think of sheading a tear if it was a ThinkPad!

Reminded me how paranoid I was with my laptop the first week I got it lol

 

I would make a joke thread "OH NO, I dropped my laptop!", but everybody knows I have a toughbook... and would ask "Is the floor ok?".

You know, over on the BH side, this sort of thread would get moved to OT. In fact certain people over there *cough* yours truly *cough* are trained to start this sort of thread in OT in the first place .

 

It's sad to me that some people find this funny. I do know people who have dropped their laptops and can't afford to replace them. I guess it's all relative, though. It's funny till someone gets hurt... (then it's hilarious?).

 

Ok here's my attempt at humor:
"Oh my god I accidently farted on my macbook and the smell won't go away".
Don't ask how I did it, but I dropped a rotten egg on my lappie, at first I laughed, then I gaged from the smell, it was truely a bad one. But now its three days later and the smell is still there. I can't take my mb to work, cause everytime I pull it out someone thinks I just did a silent but deadly. I have tried every cleaning product I can get my hands on, but no luck.
Please help, my boss said if I don't do some work soon he will fire me.

Thinkpads are crap man. Good hardware-wise but suck software-wise.

You can put whatever software on a ThinkPad that you want, so......
