Try putting the camcorder in "Play" mode.

If you tried all the modes, make sure the LCD is open.

I have the same problem, seems that the Sony's aren't very Mac friendly.

To be honest, I already don't want to help you because
    1) You ordered me to in your topic, not asked me to, and
    2) You used all caps answering someone else who was trying to help you, and
    3) You have given very little information as to what you have and have not tried.

However, since I'm a nice guy, I will do the obvious (search Google) for you:

If that doesn't help, I don't know what will.

Can you elaborate? I know this is stupid but have you tried opening iMovie or something and seeing if the camera shows up?

In I movie you choose between built in camera or your own. In Final Cut Pro or express its under setup. Choose the format (Sony DV or Panasonic DVpro or DV) and make sure if your capturing video to use uncontrolled device.
