    Nice song!

Man, that guitar has a really sweet and warm sound, even with the mini humbuckers. I see you like hollow body guitars, eh? I've always wanted to play one of those.

That Ibanez George Benson is beautiful, looks really elegant.
Ibanez and Gibson make some of the best guitars around. I used to play Ibanez RG and Gibson SG guitars :D

We got musicians here aye? I play drums sax and guitar. My favorite of my three axes is my '95 gibson sg standard, i picked up 3rd hand from one of my sisters friends. They replaced the bridge brumbucker with an emg 81 active which (doesn't matter to me) but was a critical error by them. Modifying the original Gibson parts drastically reduces the sale value, Which in turn Guitar Center quoted $200 but i willingly payed $250 :p

EDIT: Nice work on the song by the way.

Oh man, I would love to record something but I haven't played a guitar in about a year or 2 by now (I had to quit playing guitar to focus on college and work). I can't wait to finish the college to start playing the guitar again!

Besides I still don't have a Mac. I'm waiting for the MacBook refresh to pick one up :D

I'm suprised you don't have a Gretsch. Those are (in both mine, and my brother's opinion) the best hollow body guitars you could ever hold.

My brother bought himself a Brian Setzer Hot Rod Gretsch, and it is very sweet. We had some connections to get it for a deal though, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to afford it (Especially on the Army pay he was receiving when he bought it). This summer, he took it to a well known hot rod builder that he became friends with, and got it pinstriped. It now has his own personal unique guitar.

Tyrone, excellent music production. A bit short, I would've loved to have heard more. That's what Apple and the Macintosh are famous for, music. Umm, it might be time now to change your signature, you are an official Mac head. It doesn't look quite right to preach how much you love Macs, post pics of your new iMac, create a post saying that you bought your daughter a Macbook Pro and then have a sig professing your love for Alienware and Vista. :D

playing a really really nice guitar is one of the best feelings ever. i personally play very little, but like you Sam I am fairly good at the clarinet. Before I semi-quit I could play all of the classical standards + some other random stuff.

Do you still play your clarinet Sam?

Drums are there for two reasons and two reasons only, To keep time, and to give accents wheather they are complex solos or just simply crashes in between guitar licks.

If playing along with drums seems difficult then you need to step back a little, and give the metronome a try. After you feel comfortable creating your lines as to where beat one is, or where 8 bars end, or 16, then you can easily fire up a drum track and just enjoy playing without having to worry about basic time skills...

I'd love to pick up a guitar an play it but I know that I won't be able to put it down ever again :D . The guitar is an old addiction I've had since I was 15. I still have most of my guitars, safely put away (really far away, for the sake of my studies :p ).

Gretsch are really fine guitars, but they're HUGE! I had the luck to try an old Gretsch White Falcon about ten years ago and, for a thin 15 yr old boy who plays a small Gibson SG, that Gretsch was a monster of a guitar. I haven't seen any other Gretsch guitar since then so I still imagine them like that :D

I also don't pick up my Ibanez GB 200 much even though it is the top of the line George Benson guitar, it's too big for me.

In rock drumming the snare should be on beat 2 and 4 with straight 8th notes on the "hi hat" or "ride" cymbals. And for the sake of the thread i'll post pics of my drums and guitars.....
