This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     How do add a password before logging into my account?

    I don't know what happened, but every time I turned on my MBP it always asked for my password. Now it doesn't, it automatically goes into my account. I am also the administrator. Thank you!

    Try this, System Preferences --> Security. Check the box next to "Disable Automatic Login".
