    Not sure. I know OS X did not support A2DP in Tiger without additional hardware. I am unsure if it can be used now. :-/

    Leopard has support for A2DP. What device are you trying to pair up with your Mac? Chances are the device itself does not support A2DP if you cannot get it to work via Bluetooth Setup Assistant.
